Gold Final — XAUUSD robot

Subscription · $149 / 30 days · $799 / year · all robots

A two-arm strategy for gold. One arm buys and scales out of strength, the other sells exhaustion. It trades about ten times a year and holds positions for days — this is not a scalper, and most of the time it is doing nothing at all.

Backtested results, not a live account record. Test window 1 Jan 2018 – 23 Jul 2026 on XAU/USD, H1, $10,000 start, 1:100 leverage, MetaTrader 5 “every tick based on real ticks” model, hedging account. Hypothetical results are produced with hindsight and cannot reproduce real slippage or gaps. Past performance does not indicate future results, and you can lose money. See the Risk Disclaimer.

Eight of eight years positive in the test window — including 2022, which the short arm alone finished slightly negative. Running both arms together is what closed that year.

The short arm is deliberately the weaker of the two: it earns roughly a fifth of the profit and carries a proportionally deeper drawdown. It is in the book because of when it earns — it works in the conditions that hurt the long arm, and it turned the combined book's worst year positive.
