1. Who we are
Evelyn FX is a content and education brand operated by Viktor Taran, a private individual based in Ukraine (“we”, “us”, the “Operator”). These Terms govern your use of the website evelynfx.com, our official social channels, our Telegram channels, and any paid subscription we offer.
Content is published under the brand persona “Evelyn”. The persona is a brand identity used for publishing and does not represent a licensed financial adviser.
2. Acceptance
By using this website or joining our channels you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or the channels.
3. Educational purpose only
Everything we publish is general educational and informational content. It is not investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not know your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance, and nothing we publish is tailored to them.

4. No guarantees
We make no promise of profit, income or any specific result. Past performance, examples, screenshots and backtests never guarantee future results. Market information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and we do not warrant that any content is error-free or continuously available.
5. Paid subscriptions
We may offer paid access to certain Telegram channels or educational products. Where we do:
- the price, billing period and what is included are stated at the point of purchase and prevail over any other description;
- access is personal and non-transferable, and is granted for the paid period only;
- subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at purchase; access ends when the paid period expires;
- because access to digital content is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted by us at our discretion;
- we may terminate access without refund if these Terms are breached, in particular by sharing or reselling paid content.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never receive your card or wallet credentials.
6. Intellectual property
All content we publish — text, graphics, video, audio, course materials and the Evelyn FX name and branding — belongs to the Operator or is used with permission. You may share and quote our public posts with attribution. You may not resell, redistribute, republish as your own, or use paid materials outside your personal learning.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: impersonate Evelyn FX or the Operator; post spam, scams, or requests for other people's funds in our channels; scrape or automate access to our channels in breach of the relevant platform's rules; attempt to disrupt the website; or use our content in any unlawful way. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.
8. Third-party links and affiliate relationships
Our content may link to third-party websites, brokers and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or conduct. Some links are affiliate or introducing-broker links, meaning we may receive a commission if you open an account through them, at no additional cost to you. An affiliate relationship is never a recommendation to trade, and it does not change the content we publish.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, our channels or our content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, channels or products at any time. We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence are not affected. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
